The PVC SUPPORT should be placed on the edges of the tiles and even if it has a fixed heights ( 15 mm ca) it can be easily fitted with different PVC supports (we suggested some thick supports) in order to have a perfect planar “floating” floor or it can be put on top to get double heights, if necessary.
The PVC “JACK” SUPPORTS is made of 4 parts that has to be added:
SUPPORT BASE, CONTROL RING NUT,
CONTROL SCREW and SUPPORT TOP where there will be placed floating floor tiles. On the SUPPORT TOP there are printed 4 separeted parts of 2 mm of thickness that can be easily cut for wall or column coverings.
Using the PVC “JACK” SUPPORTS it is easy to level than using the standard PVC SUPPORT , and thanks to the higher raising heights in the gap can housed cables of great machinery. The PVC “JACK” SUPPORTS have 4 different CONTROL SCREWS that go from 65 mm to 220 mm heights.
Our PVC “JACK” SUPPORTS for floating floors allow to lay any Màttoli’s tiles in any surface keeping as many inspection without expensive demolition. This type of “JACK” support permit to reach higher heights than using the standard PVC support.
PVC SUPPORTS
Higher heights than the standard PVC “JACK” SUPPORT are possible thanks to 4 different CONTROL SCREWS ranging from a minimum height of 65 to a maximum of 220 mm.
PVC products are used to make raised floors especially in flat roofs or technical rooms (to allow the passage of cables or systems in general).
Using PVC SUPPORTS in a floating floor is the best way to easily inspect a paved surface without any demolition.
